TJC Season V: Session 1

In the beginning, St. Joseph was a “City of Coaches.” It was a destination where pioneers arrived in stagecoaches to be resourced before launching west to chase their dreams.

This season, we’re reclaiming that identity. As we honor our rich history, we will also be embracing the original meaning of “coach” as a template for transformational leadership. Our focus is on moving teams, organizations, and our whole community forward, from where we are to where we want to go.
